A quick and honest take

My stay was quite frustrating. The room cleanliness was lacking, stains on carpets and linens were noticeable. I felt unsafe with disruptive activities in the parking lot, and the staff's service was subpar. Given my experiences, I can't recommend this place, as I was genuinely concerned for my safety during my stay.

Convenient location but cleanliness concerns

The location was quite convenient for highway access, making it easy to explore the area. However, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with noticeable stains and a musty odor. The staff were friendly but could improve their attentiveness to guest needs.

The sign is easy to miss and the outside lighting is low, which isn't ideal for first impressions. Inside, the air freshener only masked a lingering odor in the room, and discovering a used bar of soap in the shower was unsettling. Additionally, only having one towel for two people is less than accommodating, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired with hair left in the shower.

The stay was cut short due to the terrible cleanliness of the room. We found several large spiders and a dirty item behind the bathroom door. Among my concerns were also staff behavior, as they seemed unhelpful during a stressful situation. I recommend looking elsewhere if cleanliness and customer service are priorities.
